The Association Sauvegarde du leman (Association for the Protection of Lake Geneva) is organizing groups to combat a plant called Fallopia Japonica a fast growing invasive and poisonous plant that is taking over many of the sunny spots on the shores of Lake Geneva. Notes :

The trash was mainly old stuff that had been clearly worn down by the wind and the water, lots of cigarete butts, 8 old q-tips, lots of foam that had been torn up by the lake. There were a few fresh deposits, the most striking being a rather sharp knife about 3 inches long.
